The Laker Way is the culmination of years of Lake Oswego Lacrosse, where our goal of building an elite team - through leadership, hard work, integrity, performance excellence, and continuous learning - laid the foundation for transforming the Lake Oswego Lacrosse program into having a positive, confident, and competitive culture. That culture was carried in the Team Handbook, guiding us on our journey back to be among the best of Oregon high school lacrosse. The Laker Way now takes us the rest of the way.
