Uniforms & practice clothing

On-Field Practice and Workout Clothing:

Players must wear blue, white, grey or black t-shirts or long sleeve shirts underneath. Shorts/sweats must also be blue, white, gray or black.  NO EXCEPTIONS!  Please no club logo pennies, shorts, shorts, sweats, socks, etc.  A good idea to keep an extra shirt or two in your equipment bag.

Game Day Uniforms:

Note that jersey combinations will be sent out in the team group chat; please speak with one of the varsity captains to get on the group chat.

Equipment & GEar

The Lake Oswego Lacrosse program does not provide gear (sticks, pads, cleats) or team helmets for the season. However, we do require players to have matching helmets during their 4-year tenure with the program. Our helmet colors are as follows: all white shell, red chin strap, and chrome (silver) face mask. Helmet decals are provided by the club.

Should players need assistance with gear, please reach out to COACH COCHAN OR LOLAX
